Our Lady of Mercy Academy freshman Tziarra King scored her first varsity goal in the second half to lift the Villagers to a 3-2 win over Middle Township in a Cape-Atlantic League National Conference girls soccer game Friday.

King scored the game-winner on a penalty kick. Sarah Buchanan and Taylor Tighe also scored for the Villagers.

Junior forward Danielle McCann scored two second-half goals for Middle Township.

Karissa Bourbeau started the scoring 18 minutes in and scored her second goal of the game on a penalty kick in the 28th minute.

Corinne Materazzi also scored twice, and Allie Zelinksy added a goal and an assist for the Red Raiders.

Bridgeton's Jovan Childers recorded 30 saves.
