Josh Blamon scored 25 points to help Richard Stockton College defeat The College of New Jersey 95-71 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference men's basketball game Wednesday night.

The Ospreys won for the fourth time in their last five games.

Stockton took control late in the first half, going on a 19-5 run that built 51-34 halftime lead.

Rich Suhr added 16 points for the Ospreys, hitting all four 3-point shots he took.

Kevin Johnson scored five points to go with six rebounds, six assists and three steals.

Stockton will play at Rutgers-Newark on Saturday at 8 p.m.

Cumberland County College women's basketball: Artaeja Loatman (Cumberland Regional) scored 17 points for the Dukes in a 66-56 loss to Brookdale Community College on Thursday.

Jodi Kelley (Atlantic Christian) added 13 points and Courtney Nock (Millville) 11.

The Dukes led 33-28 at halftime but were outscored 38-23 in the second half.
