Lacrosse roundup: St. Augustine Prep blows out Paul VI

Dean DiSimone scored five goals as the St. Augustine Prep lacrosse team defeated Paul VI 16-2 in a state Non-Public A first round playoff game Tuesday.

Chase Young added three goals and Ryan Zurawski contributed two for the Hermits, the fourth seed and No. 3 in The Press Elite 11. St. Augustine will host Seton Hall Prep, the No. 5 seed, in a quarterfinal game Thursday.

Gabe Romano scored both goals for 13th-seeded Paul VI.

Summer Conover, Courtney DeFalco, Jamie Hutter and Alexis Sutley had two goals apiece for Oakcrest.
