Scott DeCecco (Middle Township) is a left-handed pitcher for the High Desert Mavericks (Mariners) of the Advanced Class-A California League.

The Mavericks defeated the Lake Elsinore Storm (Padres) 6-3 on Monday.

DeCecco has yet to make his season debut.

A.J. Holland (Holy Spirit), a pitcher for the Lynchburg Hillcats (Braves) in the Class-A Advanced Carolina League, is on the disabled list with an unspecified injury.
