Alexi Colon (St. Augustine Prep) went 0-for-1 with a walk for the Eugene Emeralds (Padres) in a 4-2 win over the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes (Giants) in the short-season Class-A Northwest League. Colon entered the game in the sixth inning as a pinch-hitter and stayed in to play right field. Colon is hitting .087 with one home run in 10 games.
Scott DeCecco (Middle Township) did not pitch for the Everett AquaSox (Mariners) in a 4-3 win over the Vancouver Canadians (Blue Jays) in the Northwest League. DeCecco is 0-1 with a 2.92 ERA in six appearances, five of them in relief.
