Matt Szczur (Lower Cape May Regional) went 1-for-5 with a run scored and three strikeouts as the Peoria Chiefs (Cubs single-A) beat the South Bend Silver Hawks (Diamondbacks) 6-3. Szczur is hitting .339 with three home runs and 20 RBIs in 41 games.
