Mike Trout (Millville) provided all the offense the Arkansas Travelers (Angels double-A) needed in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday against the Tulsa Drillers (Rockies). Trout went 2-for-3 with a double and a solo home run as the Travelers won 3-0. Trout went 0-for-4 in the second game. He is hitting .326 with nine home runs and 24 RBIs.

Matt Szczur (Lower Cape May Regional) went 1-for-4 with a solo home run as the Peoria Chiefs (Cubs single-A) lost 6-1 to the Quad Cities River Bandits (Cardinals). Szczur is hitting .325 with four home runs and 23 RBIs for the Chiefs.
