Eva Sodaitis had a career day as Absegami High School snapped an 11-game losing streak with a 40-36 victory over host Millville in a Cape-Atlantic League American Division girls basketball game Monday.

Sodaitis scored a season-high 21 points, including 12 in the second half. Her previous high was 10 points.

Ashli Weems led Millville with 17 points. Amanda Smith added 10, all in the second half.

Lamar Monroe scored a game-high 21 points for the Braves.

Jaleel Christmon added seven points and nine rebounds, and Abdul Anderson scored nine points.

Davonte Johnson led Millville with 11 points. Devontae Tull added nine.
