Manager: Boxer Williams paralyzed in crash
Boxer Paul Williams, shown in an undated file photo, is paralyzed from the waist down after being thrown from his motorcycle in a crash Sunday morning in Georgia, the boxer’s manager, George Peterson, said Monday. Peterson said the 30-year-old Williams is scheduled to have surgery Wednesday and will make a statement afterward. ‘He’s 100 percent coherent and still has the will to want to get back on the motorcycle,’ the manager said.
