April 28, 1990 - Michael Moorer vs. Mario Oscar Melo (Moorer retains WBO light-heavyweight title in first boxing card at Mark G. Etess Arena)

Feb. 23, 1992 - Clash of the Legends (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar beats Julius Erving 41-23 in a pay-per-view game of one-on-one featuring NBA Hall of Famers. Rick Barry, Connie Hawkins, Nate Archibald and George Gervin play in prelim games).

Nov. 22, 1997 - George Foreman vs. Shannon Briggs. (Final fight of Foreman's career)

Nov. 20, 1999 - Paul Vaden vs. Stephan Johnson (Vaden wins by 10th-round TKO, Johnson dies from brain injuries 15 days later)

Nov. 17, 2000 - UFC 28 (First UFC event held in major arena, first one held under current unified rules)

May 4, 2001 - UFC 31 (Featured UFC legends Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell)

June 29, 2002 - Wladimir Klitschko vs. Ray Mercer (WBO heavyweight title fight promoted by Vineland native Diane Fischer-Cristiano)

April 29, 2016 - Anthony Durrell vs. Blake Caparello (Anthony Durrell and brother Andre both earn wins in last sports event at the Taj)
