Four Stockton University athletes won weekly New Jersey Athletic Conference Awards on Monday.

Alexa Rubino was named the NJAC Women’s Lacrosse Rookie of the Week, and Tamara Torales was named the NJAC Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week.

In softball, Hannah Bibeault was named the NJAC Pitcher of the Week, and Alexandra Cosenzo was the NJAC Rookie of the Week.

Rubino earned her second weekly award in three weeks. In a pair of wins, she scored seven goals, added an assist and had four draw controls. Torales had seven ground balls and six caused turnovers in those games.

Bibeault went 4-0 with one save, 14 strikeouts and a 0.21 ERA in 331/3 innings for the Ospreys, who went 6-2 in Florida last week. Cosenzo hit .448 with 11 RBIs, two homers and a .759 slugging in those eight games.
