B.J. Bailey (Holy Spirit) scored 16 points for Lehigh in a 71-64 win over Colgate in the first round of the Patriot League tournament Wednesday. Bailey shot 4-of-6 from the field, 3-of-4 from 3-point range and 5-of-7 from the free-throw line. He also had five rebounds, two assists and one steal. Third-seeded Lehigh will play at No. 2 Lafayette in the semifinals Saturday at a time to be determined.
Josh Thompson (St. Augustine Prep) had three rebounds and one block for Wagner in a 72-50 win over Central Connecticut State in the first round of the Northeast Conference tournament. Second-seeded Wagner will host No. 3 LIU Brooklyn at noon Saturday in the semifinals.
Ryan Brooks (Holy Spirit) had two points and one rebound for Rhode Island in an 81-44 loss to Saint Joseph's.
Women
Kristen Sharkey (Southern Regional) had 11 points, two rebounds and two blocks despite playing just 13 minutes for Buffalo in a 77-60 win over Akron.

Anthony Raffa (Wildwood Catholic) scored 23 points and added six rebounds for Coastal Carolina in a 75-64 loss to Charleston Southern in the Big South Conference tournament.
Gene Teague (Vineland resident) had 13 points, five rebounds and three assists for Seton Hall in a 76-66 loss to Providence.
