Richard Stockton College sophomore Tim Miller (Pinelands Regional) was named New Jersey Athletic Conference Men’s Field Athlete of the Week and freshman Tyler Pinto was named NJAC Rookie of the Week for men’s indoor track & field Monday.

Miller won the high jump in the NYU Fastrack Challenge at the New York Armory on Friday with a mark of 2.05 meters and set a school record.

Miller’s jump tied him for 11th in the nation this season.

The victory was his third of the year in the high jump and he has one second place finish in the event.

Pinto finished fifth among 14 runners and qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 500-meter dash in 1 minute, 6.43 seconds at the NYU Fastrack.

The next day he won the 800-meter run in a field of 18 in 2:02.36. Both times were personal bests.
