Richard Stockton College Chris Katona was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
The junior scored four goals and had an assist for a total of nine points in two victories last week. This is the midfielder’s first NJAC award.
Katona led the Ospreys to a 3-2 victory over conference foe Kean University with a goal and an assist. He has a hat trick that helped Stockton beat previously undefeated Alvernia 4-0.
He scored Stockton’s first two goals and later netted the winning-goal with his third of the game.
