The Field of Dreams, located at Dr. Jonathan Pitney Recreation Park, is a league/venue that allows physically and cognitively impaired children and adults to play and participate in baseball.

"Joe comes from a wonderful family who have a long history of supporting the South Jersey Field of Dreams," said Fran Northridge, a Field of Dreams board member. "His mother Judi was instrumental in bringing out volunteers from Absegami High School, and his father Joe is regularly seen at the field as part of our relationship with Glenn Insurance where he works. We are so proud of Joe Callahan and we are ecstatic that he chose to honor the South Jersey Field of Dreams."

The cleats were designed by fellow Holy Spirit graduate Tommy Worthington, class of 2012.
