Saturday is another busy day for flounder tournaments in South Jersey with three scheduled.

The Great Bay Marina Fuke and Bluefish is in its 15th year and benefits the South Jersey Chapter of the Sunshine Foundation . It has prizes for first-, second- and third-heaviest two fish and single heaviest in both divisions. The entry fee is $70 per boat. The captain's meeting is 6 p.m. Friday at Great Bay Marina in Little Egg Harbor. Call 609-296-2392

The 19th Duke of Fluke is headquartered at Sterling Harbor Marina in Wildwood. The captain's meeting is 7:30 p.m. Friday. This one offers first-, second- and third-place prizes for single heaviest and heaviest five, plus single-heaviest for for youth 14 and under and "Duchess" for women. Call 609-729-1425.

Grassy Sound Marina in North Wildwood fills out the triple-header Saturday with its sixth flounder test. It has 1-2-3 single heaviest and three heaviest, plus 15 and under and women. Registration is $200 per boat and the captain's meeting is 7:30 p.m. Friday. Call 609-846-1400.

Competition fans can look ahead to next weekend when the Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen runs the Roy Kerstetter Open for flounder, bluefish and weakfish. The money raised in the July 21 contest goes to to a "Day on the Bay" for local special[-needs children. The cost is $65 per boat and the captain's meeting is 7 p.m. July 20 at the Absecon American Legion Post 29. Call 609-748-8202.
