Fish Atlantic City Reef and just about any of the other inshore reefs for flounder, sometimes mixed with sea bass, triggerfish, tautog, porgy and bluefish. Live bait such as spot and minnows, and cut bait such as mackerel and squid on 5-6 ounce bucktails or top and bottom rigs should be fished tight to the structure.
