Faulk was closest to the pin at 24 feet; Jim Osbourne was second at 33 feet, 6 inches.

BLE at Green Tree Golf Course

Carol Boland won low gross in a Nine-Holers tournament with a 50. Nora O’Mara won low net (37) and low putts (16).

Nancy Delventhal had a 91 to win low gross in an 18-hole tournament. She also won low putts with 31. Dian Shivers (93) was second. Barb Lindberg (68) won low net over Alice Booth (71).

Flight 2 — Low gross, Carol Rott, 96; Linda Birchmeier, 98; low net, Joanne Sankey, 67( tiebreaker); Charlotte Jensen, 67; putts, Joanne Burns, 30.

Flight 3 — Low gross, Claire Moyer, 98; Gail Davis, 105 and putts, 27; low net, Ricci Muzslay, 67; Beth Wasikowski, 70.

Cade, Perez and Anderson were Odd Hole winners in their respective flights.

Donna Bahnck and Lynn Higbee won low-gross contests in the Nine-Hole League.

Higbee and Jacque’ Jones won low net.

Jones and Higbee both had 44s. Andrea Lipski, Diane Birkbeck, Jones and Higbee won birdie contests.

Higbee also won the Toss Out Your Worst Hole Contest.

Linda Carlacci was closest to pin. Higbee and Linda Transue won the Colorful Ball Contest.

Greate Bay Country Club

Bill Camp, Nick Kihm, Matt Bastardi and Bob Hilly had a 150 to win a Swingers Club tournament (two best balls of the foursome, all net with all par 3s played from the white tees) on June 27.

Bob Hitchings, Stu Price, Tom Hooker and Rich Bennett were second at 153, four strokers better than Jerry Speitel, Pete Shafron, Bob Geary and Charlie Pancoast.

Bill Camp ( 83) won low net over Hitchings ( 84), Kihm (85) and Geary (85).

Bastardi had a chip-in. Bob Zimmermann had a gross birdie.

Stone Harbor Golf Club

Linda McCormick won a Firecracker Toss Tournament on Tuesday.

Vonne Geiger was second with Linda Cliff third.

Wildwood Golf and Country Club

Nancy McKelvey won the club championship, defeating Ruth Ouram on June 29.

Philadelphia Section PGA

Gregory Szrom of Eggg Harbor Township finished eighth in the boys 13-15 division of the Junior Championship with a 28-over-par 84-86 — 170 at Concord Country Club in Corconrdville, Pa., on Monday.

Szrom (4-over-par 35-40—75) had two birdies in the Junior Championship qualifier at Avalon Country Club on June 28.

Benjamin Hogan (43-43—86) of Egg Harbor Township and Anthony Godleski (44-42—86) of Somers Point tied for 34th place and failed to qualify.

Camille O’Halloran of Northfield had a 22-over 58 in the nine-hole tourney, failing to qualify.

JustGolf Tournament

Mitch Kato of Centerton and Kathy Callender of Vineyard Golf at Renault had a 68 to finish second in low gross in the Mixed Scramble at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club on June 27.

Blue Heron Pines’ Ray Brown and Vinnie Marino won low net with a 64.

Jim Baldwin and Katie Casey of Atlantis Golf Course tied for fourth with a 67.

South Jersey Golf Association

Sue Bennett of Cape May National Golf Course and Sue Kamish of Pinelands Golf Club won the Better Ball of Partners tournament at Wedgwood Country Club on June 28 with a 78.

Marilyn Dunn and Bonnie Cappelluti of Vineyard Golf at Renault won low net with a 66.

Golf Association of Philadelphia

Alex Hicks of Wildwood Golf and Country Club shot a 1-over 73 at Whitford Country Club in Exton, Pa., on June 27 to qualify for the 108th Open Championship.

The Open will be held July 23 at Pine Valley Golf Clubin Camden County

Jon Brestle of Seaview Resort & Spa failed to qualify with a 79.
