Glenn won the distance races and led off the Vikings’ winning 400-meter freestyle relay at the Frank Forde Cape-Atlantic League Individual Swimming Championships on Jan. 31 at Atlantic City High School.

Glenn won the 200 freestyle by more than three seconds in 2 minutes, 8.59 seconds, and captured the 400 freestyle by more than 17 seconds in 4:30.43. She combined with teammates Ayana Cox, Colleen Callahan and Melissa Toy to win the 400 freestyle relay by more than seven seconds in 4:07.74.

Parks had four wins at the Frank Forde CAL Individual Swimming Championships, and was the only boy to win two individual events.

He won the 50 freestyle in 24.50 seconds, and took the 100 butterfly by just less than three seconds in 58.23. Parks teamed with Johnny Malatesta, Michael Ruberti and Mark Novatorskiy to win the 200 medley relay by more than three seconds in 1:49.99. He anchored as the same four won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:38.53.
