Nineteenth-seeded Barnegat upset 14th-seeded Manchester Township 2-0 in a state Group II first-round playoff volleyball match Tuesday.
Game scores were 25-14 and 25-20.
Kelsey Ritner had 16 assists, two aces and two digs for Barnegat. Meg Nichols had 10 digs, four kills and three aces.
Sara Ridgeway added eight kills, six digs and a block for the Bengals.
