The Egg Harbor Township baseball team scored seven runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to defeat Elyria (Ohio) 7-6 in a Mingo Bay Classic game in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Thursday.

Trailing 6-0, Connor Agostino doubled to score Andrew Fowler to put the Eagles on the board.

Jordan Sweeney soon followed with a grand slam to cut the deficit to just one run.

Robbie Petracci doubled in Andrew Katz with the tying run, and Fowler’s double drove in Petracci with the winning run.

Winning pitcher Tyler Burger struck out two in the final two innings.

Anthony Coombs picked up the win for the Colts, allowing three runs in 5 1/3 innings while striking out six. He also went 2 for 5.

Carelle Gonzalez went 3 for 5, Samuel Corn was 2 for 5 with a double and two runs and Robert Cossaboon and Anthony Adler scored twice.

Oakcrest’s Donnie Stone went 2 for 4 and Jack Markley doubled.

S.J. Ott went 2 for 5 with a double, two runs and two RBIs to lead Seneca.

Vineland’s Isiah Pacheco went 3 for 3 with a run scored, and Ervin Bogan, Anthony Lewis and Lou Pinotti had two hits apiece. Pinotti drove in three runs.

Jack Billings followed with a two-run single to secure the win for St. Augustine, No. 7 in The Press Elite 11. Jake Catalano also had two RBIs and Cole Vanderslice earned his first varsity win at the mound, striking out three in two innings.

Mike Biasiello led Kingsway with a two-run double that scored the go-ahead run in the fourth inning. Rob Scanlan, Will McMahon, and Sam Craig each added an RBI.
