A look ahead

Local high school basketball teams should again be among the region’s best next season.

Guard Isiah Graves and forward Dennis White lead an Atlantic City team that again will be a Cape-Atlantic League and South Jersey Group IV contender.

Several talented juniors — most notably Ed McWade of Wildwood Catholic, Junior Saintel of Holy Spirit and Mike Gesicki of Southern Regional — will return for their senior seasons.

Wildwood Catholic and Holy Spirit both return a host of talented players and should be among the top-10 preseason South Jersey teams.
