Finished 21st out of 181 runners at the Meet of Champions (16 minutes, 9 seconds). Won the South Jersey Group III race in 15:34, the fastest time of any race that day. Also won the CAL Championship, South Jersey Shootout, Disney Classic and Cape May County races. Will run for Georgetown University next year.

Repeat selection. Placed 31st in the Meet of Champions in after being named a wild-card selection. Helped the Rams to their first-ever South Jersey Group IV team title with a seventh-place finish in the sectional race (16:06). Won the Ocean County Championship in a school record 15:35.

Matt Nelson

So., Barnegat

Had the second-best area finish at the MOC (22nd). Placed fifth in the state Group II race (16:37) and fourth in South Jersey Group II (16:32).

Erik Johnson

Jr., Ocean City

Finished third in the South Jersey Group III race (15:58), where Ocean City won a team title. MOC qualifier as a wild-card selection. Runner up to teammate Schoedler in the CAL meet.

Eric Dragonetti

Jr., Southern Regional

Eighth-place finish at the South Jersey Group IV championship in 16:11 helped Southern to a team title. Finished fourth at Ocean County Championship in 15:49.

Noah Jacobs

Jr., Lacey Township

Qualified for MOC with the Lacey boys' team, where he finished 33rd in 16:21. Had the best local boys time at the South Jersey Open (16:22 in the Varsity III race).

Ryan Matthews

Sr., St. Augustine Prep

Won the Atlantic County Championship 5,000-meter race in 14:54. Had the fifth best local boys time at the state Group Championships (16:33). Wild-card selection for MOC.
