Middle Township High School’s Jacob Cowan scored three second-half goals and the host Panthers boys soccer team beat Buena Regional 3-0 in a Cape-Atlantic League National Conference game.

Cowan has 23 goals this season.

The winning goal came in the fourth minute of the second half. Cowan’s third goal was on a free kick.

The Braves, No. 8 in The Press Elite 11, are 7-1 in the division. Sean Milligan scored two goals for host Absegami, including the first goal 14 seconds into the game. Eder Solano and Carlos Galeano also scored for the winners. Absegami’s Matt McCormick had three saves.
