St. Augustine Prep graduates four from its varsity eight. Returnees from the Hermits’ outstanding junior eight and competitive second eight will help the Prep stay the favorite.

Holy Spirit will have several good rowers back and could challenge for the top spot.

Oakcrest must rebuild its varsity and lightweight eight boats.

Absegami, which took second in the Atlantic County varsity-eight race, should stay a contender.

Egg Harbor Township returns much of its team and will stay strong.

Mainland Regional graduates its entire varsity four, but several others are back.

Ocean City loses 10 seniors but has some good young rowers.

Vineland’s young program made progress this year and should continue.

Atlantic City also has nearly everyone back and could do well.

Cedar Creek, with all non-seniors, will certainly improve.
