The Wildwood Catholic High School girls basketball team defeated Vineland 49-42 in a Big Al Memorial consolation game at the Boardwalk Basketball Classic at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Saturday.

Sophomore Olivia Rulon led the Crusaders with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Katie McCallion added 14 points, nine rebounds and two steals in Wildwood Catholic's third win of the season.

For Vineland, senior Arianna Stokes scored 20 points and grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.

Braylee Flaska led Brock with 13 points in the game at Disney World in Orlando, Fla. Brock, whose season began on Nov. 27, is 16-3. Ocean City’s Nicole Piergross and Julia Duggan scored seven points apiece for Ocean City, which is ranked fourth in The Press Elite 11.

The Red Raiders play Medina (Ohio) on Monday at the KSA Tournament.

The Patriot Holiday Tournament girls basketball championship game between Atlantic Christian and Timothy Christian was canceled Saturday due to a snowstorm in Valley Forge, Pa. The game will not be played.
