The St. Augustine Prep ice hockey team will get a first-round bye into the second round of the state Non-Public playoffs.

The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association released the playoff brackets Tuesday afternoon. The Hermits, 9-10-3 overall, are the No. 5 seed and will host No. 12 Pingry School (13-3-1).

The Hermits won the state title in 2007 and lost in the state final to Delbarton in 2008 and 2011. Delbarton is the defending Non-Public state champion.
