Jeisen Chao's penalty kick in a shootout gave the Atlantic Christian boys soccer team the Tri-State Christian Athletic Conference championship at Cairn University in Langhorne, Pa., on Saturday afternoon.

Atlantic Christian and Gloucester Christian were tied at one after regulation and overtime. Atlantic Christian won 3-2 in penalty kicks.

Vassil Stoimenov and Kenny Mercadante scored on penalty kicks for Atlantic Christian. John Pickering scored Atlantic Christian's goal in regulation.

Atlantic Christian goalie Dave Jones made 10 saves. In addition to stopping a kick in the shootout, Jones also blocked a Gloucester Christian penalty kick in regulation.
