After losing the first game, Absegami came back to beat St. Joseph 2-1 in a Cape-Atlantic League girls volleyball match Monday.
Game scores were 22-25, 25-17, 25-20.
Erika Hernandez had nine kills and three aces for the Braves. Lvelisse Diaz had nine kills and five digs. Christina Lam added 13 digs for Absegami.
St. Joe's Samantha Wetzel had six kills, an assist, three digs, two blocks and two aces. Briana Ruberton had 11 assists, four digs, two aces, a kill and a block for the Wildcats.
