The Our Lady of Mercy Academy volleyball team defeated host Middle Township 2-1 in a Cape-Atlantic League match Tuesday.
Game scores were 25-14, 21-25 and 25-18. For the Villagers (9-4), Marissa Casella had two aces, one block and six kills. Megan Iaconelli added four aces and four kills. Nicole Sheridan added one ace, four kills and three digs.
OLMA travels to Pleasantville for a 4 p.m. match Thursday.
