The Oakcrest High school boys track team clinched the Cape-Atlantic League American championship on Tuesday defeating Millville and St. Augustine.
The Falcons are now 9-0 and according to head coach Les Petty, this group of seniors hasn't lost a meet in four years.
"The boys are so exicted." Petty said. "This is what they've been working for. It's a tough league. We have some very strong teams. To finish 9-0 all four years is really special."
Oakcrest was led by Ish Muhammad and LaDarrel Dixon who each won three events. Muhammad took first in the 800, the 1,600 and the 400 hurdles. Dixon won the 400, the triple jump and was part of the 4x400 relay with Luke Coffey, Alex Arrington and Cameron Terry.
