Jahleem Montague scored 16 of his team-high 20 points in the third quarter as the Vikings pulled away.
Atlantic City had jumped to a 22-4 lead, but EHT's Khari Harley scored 16 of his game-high 32 points in the second quarter to bring the Eagles within five at the half.
Atlantic City was 9-for-15 from the foul line in the fourth to close out the win. Dejza Chase was 6-for-8 from the line in the fourth.
Ga'Briel Chandler scored 10 points for Atlantic City, ranked No. 1 in The Press Elite 11.
"I didn't think we played that well, but we played well enough to win," Atlantic City coach Gene Allen said in a phone interview. "We turned the ball over too much."
The Vikings will face fifth-seeded Holy Spirit in a semifinal Tuesday at Hammonton. Atlantic City held off several late rallies by the Spartans in a 54-47 win Tuesday to clinch the CAL American Conference title.
"It should be a good one," Allen said. "I'm looking forward to it."
