Mike Gesicki led all scorers with 32 points as Southern Regional High School defeated Long Branch 56-50 in a Shore Conference boys basketball game Saturday.
Gesicki, a senior, was 10-for-13 from the foul line. The Rams jumped to a 23-5 first-quarter lead but the game was tied 43-43 entering the fourth quarter.
For Long Branch, Terrell Cox scored 16 points.
