The Southern Regional High School boys basketball team rallied from a 10-point deficit to defeat visiting Toms River South 44-43 in a Shore Conference A South game Thursday.

Mike Gesicki scored 19 points for the Rams, who trailed 35-25 heading into the fourth quarter. Southern went on a 19-8 run in the final period. Zach Policastro added 10 points for Southern, which improved to 5-1 in division play.
