A victory in the 400-meter freestyle relay helped Cumberland Regional High School edge visiting Gloucester County Institute of Technology 95-90 in a Tri-County Conference boys swim meet Tuesday at Wavemaker 4 in Salem.
The Colts trailed by one point going into the final event. Justin Seay, Nick Wagner, Nick Roberts and Kyle Burlingame teamed up to win the relay in 4 minutes, 18.19 seconds. Cumberland's B relay team of Trevor Davenport, John Mooris, Spencer Burlew and Martin Carbone finished in 5:04.56 for a third-place finish to help seal the win.
Wagner and Seay also won two individual events and were members of the winning 200 freestyle relay.
Carbone was Cumberland's top diver with 161.55 points.
