Lauren Holden became the all-time leading scorer for Lower Cape May Regional High School in a 71-61 victory over Sterling in the South Jersey Group II quarterfinals on Thursday.

Holden's 41 points gives her 1,672 for her career, which breaks the previous record of 1,661 set in 2006. Ariel Magee added 13 points for the Caper Tigers.

Lower Cape May advances to the semifinals where they will play third seeded Cedar Creek on Saturday.
