Sophomore Lauren Holden scored a career-high 32 points as Lower Cape May Regional edged Williamstown 54-53 in a South Jersey Invitational girls basketball consolation game at Eastern High School Saturday.

Holden had 11 points in the third quarter to give the Caper Tigers a 46-34 lead going into the final quarter.

Williamstown battled back with a 19-point fourth quarter, but Lower Cape May held on for the victory.

Madie Gibson added 16 points, six rebounds and five assists and steals, apiece, as Lower earned its 15th win of the season.
