Mainland Regional went 5-for-6 from the free-throw line in double overtime to beat Lower Cape May Regional 51-48 in a Cape-Atlantic League girls basketball game Thursday.

Lower Cape May tied the game at 35 at the end of regulation. The Caper Tigers were ahead by two with five seconds left in overtime, but Emily Dalessio's layup sent the game into double overtime for Mainland.

Dalessio led the Mustangs with 20 points. Megan Stafford added 16.

Madie Gibson scored a game-high 22 points and Ariel Magee added 10 for Lower.
