The Hammonton High School and Our Lady of Mercy Academy girls soccer teams and the Absegami boys team earned top seeds in their respective postseason groups.

State playoff pairings for girls and boys soccer were released Wednesday.

Hammonton, No. 6 in The Press Elite 11, is No. 1 in South Jersey Group III. OLMA grabbed the top spot in Non-Public B.

Both teams will receive a first-round bye. The Absegami boys will host No. 16 Southern Regional in the first round.

The opening round for boys playoffs is Monday.

The girls begin on Tuesday. In total, 22 girls teams and 23 boys teams qualified for the playoffs.
