Jackie Lesher pitched a complete game, striking out three and allowing just three hits, to lead the Cumberland Regional High School softball team to a 5-1 win over Clearview Regional on Wednesday.

Alyssa Donato went 3 for 4, including a double and a home run for three RBIs and a run scored to lead Cumberland. Erin O’Brien added two RBIs and two runs scored.

Nina Rizzo struck out 11 and drove in Clearview’s only run with an RBI-single to bring home Keara Meyer.

Rian Eigenmann’s 3-for-4 performance included two doubles, a home run, three RBIs and a run scored for Millville, No. 7 in The Press Elite 11. Sydney Shannon had a single and a homer for five RBIs.

Mahogany Wheeler earned the win with six strikeouts, allowing just one hit in three innings pitched.

Ivonne Gautier had ACIT’s only hit.

Megan McManus’ 3-for-4 performance included a single, double, and a home run for four RBIs and two runs scored for the Mustangs. Meredith Miller, Makenzie Brennan, and Brianna Barretta added two RBIs each. Gabriella Monzo scored three runs.

Victoria London had a two-run homer in the bottom of the first for Middle Township. Grace Fox and Cassidy Gallagher drove in one run each. LAcey Abrego struck out three.

Nicole Ortega and Breanna Suppi combined for the no-hitter for Vineland. Ortega got the win, striking out three in two innings, and Suppi struck out four in two innings. Alyse Jackson went 3 for 3 with two runs and two RBIs. Emily Torres drove in two runs, Zoe Frisko scored twice and drove in a run and Sara Parks had two hits.
