Duncan Scandin scored 12 points including a last-second game-winner for Mainland Regional High School to a 51-50 victory over Ocean City in a Cape-Atlantic League National Division boys basketball game on Wednesday. Joseph Masari also scored 12 points for the Mustangs and dished to Scandin with six seconds left after he drove up the length of the court.

Ocean City’s Luke Varallo scored 15 points and Jacob McQuarrie added 13 points.

Mainland's win also clinches the CAL National Division championship for Holy Spirit.
