The Susquehanna Assault defeated the Cecil County Braves 13-10 on Sunday at the 46th annual Bridgeton Invitational Baseball Tourn-ament at Alden Field.
Tim Heller went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs for the Assault. Grant Morlock had two doubles, two RBIs and three runs scored. Matt Gianni doubled and scored a run. Ryan Farrell had an RBI and a run scored.
For the Braves, John Castro singled, tripled and drove in two runs. Sam Giones homered and had two RBIs. Ryan Richards had two RBIs and Frank Samluk doubled.
The tournament continues today as the Seabrook Storm play Max's Baseball at 6:30 p.m., followed by Gildea's Raiders vs. D&E Iron Work Titans at 8:15 p.m.
