Hunter Rich threw a no-hitter as Linwood defeated visiting Lower Cape May 11-0 in a District 16 Little League 10-11-year-old losers-bracket baseball game Monday.
Rich struck out five in four innings pitched before the game ended on the 10-run rule.
Jesse Stokes was 2-for-2 with a double and two runs scored for Linwood. John Rich added a two-run double and scored a run. Mike Librizzi and John Paytas each had two RBIs.
Linwood advanced to play the winner of the Ocean City-Hammonton in Ocean City on Wednesday.

Aaron Ardente made a play at home to prevent Ocean City from scoring. Winning pitcher Santino Georgio struck out seven.
