Mike Trout, an outfielder with the Los Angeles Angels, was the 2012 American League Rookie of the Year and MVP runner-up. Trout, 21, is a 2009 Millville High School graduate who was a two-time Press Player of the Year and The Press Male Athlete of the Year for the 2008-09 school year.

Sunday: Trout went 1-for-3 with a stolen base in a 3-0 loss to the White Sox. His seventh-inning single gave the Angels their only baserunner of the game against Chris Sale.
