Wednesday: Trout went 2 for 4 in the Angels' 5-1 loss to the Houston Astros.

Thursday: The Angels conclude their series with the Astros at 2:10 p.m. Lance McCullers Jr. (1-0, 4.67 ERA) is scheduled to start for Houston. Trout is hitting .083 (1 for 12) with a home run against McCullers in his career.

Stats: Trout is hitting .339 (19 for 56) with three home runs, 11 RBIs, seven runs scored and three stolen bases in 16 games. His OPS is 1.049.
