Mike Trout of Millville is a rookie outfielder with the Los Angeles Angels. Trout, 20, is a 2009 Millville High School graduate who was The Press Player of the Year that season.

Sunday: Trout ended a 1-for-20 slump with a two-out RBI double in the seventh inning of a 2-0 win over Arizona. He finished 1-for-4.
