The Philadelphia 76ers have both of the 2012 draft picks under contract.

First-rounders Maurice Harkless and Arnett Moultrie both signed Tuesday, the team announced.

Harkless was the No. 15 overall pick in the June draft. Moultrie was No. 27 overall, originally selected by Miami and traded to the Sixers for second-rounder Justin Hamilton and a protected future first-rounder.

Harkless was the Big East Rookie of the Year in his only season at St. John's. The 6-foot-8 small forward averaged 15.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game.

Moultrie, a 6-foot-11 power forward, played three seasons at Mississippi State and was first-team All-Southeastern Conference this past season after averaging 16.4 points and 10.5 rebounds.

Harkless and Moultrie both were in Avalon on Saturday for the Sixers Beach Bash at Jack's Place.
