Surfers competing in the Association of Surfing Professionals’ 2013 Rip Curl Pro Puerto Rico got a day off Tuesday when officials called off competition due to 8- to 10-foot waves.

Surfing resumes today in the Round of 32 in Jobos, Isabella, Puerto Rico, with Ocean City’s Rob Kelly competing in Heat 4 against Americans Michael Dunphy and C.J. Hobgood and Wesley Toth of Puerto Rico. The competition will be webcast live on www.live.ripcurl.com.
