Max Hamilton and Zoncher Dennis scored as the Ocean City Nor'easters men's soccer team opened its USL Premier Development League season with a 2-0 win over the host Baltimore Bohemians on Saturday night.

Hamilton made it 1-0 in the first half off an assist by Jonny Dolezal. Dennis added an insurance goal late in the game, and Sam Archer assisted.

John McCarthy recorded the shutout.

"The team has only been together about 10 days, but they have great chemistry and camaraderie, and they got it done," Tim Oswald said after his debut as the Ocean City coach.

With the score 1-0, Ocean City's Jason Plumhoff was red-carded 25 minutes into the game and the Nor'easters had to play the rest of the game one man short.

The Bohemians are a new PDL franchise.

The Nor'easters travel to Jersey Express on Wednesday for an 8 p.m. game.
