Maclin getting stripped on the second play from scrimmage was more than an early error; it was foreshadowing the flurry of fumbles to follow. Inventing an infraction, the Eagles were penalized on a Bengals' field-goal attempt for shouting "disconcerting signals." What was truly "disconcerting" was their play on special teams. When you can't even punt properly, then it's time to give the coach the boot. True, the defense tallied six sacks, yet this is still a squad of sad sacks. Give me a paper sack to put over my head.
I have been programmed to be an Eagles fan since I was a young stud on the Linwood Panthers Football Team some 40 years ago. But after this nightmare of a season I sure wish there was a reset button somewhere.
Even without all the turnovers, this team has some serious issues - like the inability to score touchdowns to start with.
The Eagles looked decent during the first half. But then you just had turnover after turnover. At least they are celebrating Christmas early since they apparently believe it is better to give than to receive. Of course, that's something they have been doing all year.
Andy, fire the special teams coach and cut Bryce Brown. You got to blame somebody for this debacle. Next week you can fire another coach and cut somebody else. Eventually the only one left to fire will be the big guy in black with the walrus moustache.
Stupid penalties, stupid plays, stupid players, stupid coaches. Have you ever seen anybody block a kick with his (bottom) for his own team?
Eagles lose! Eagles lose! Eagles lose! One of the best things in life is listening to the "loyal devoted die-hard fans" boo and turn on the team after bragging about one lucky win after dropping eight straight!

Uh....I think I should have went to bed at halftime and saved myself the misery of the second half fumble fest. Oh my, what a night.
Fumbles, plus penalties and interceptions do not a victory make. Better offensive and defensive line play give us a bit of encouragement, but let's face it, the season has been an abomination. Where will Andy land next year is the only question.

Fletcher Cox is the real deal. The special teams unit has been out of sync for several games. The Eagles rookies look promissing. Where was this defense all year?
